تقدّم الهيئة العامّة للمعلومات المدنيّة هذه الخدمة لأغراض الاستدلال حصراً للمستخدم ولا تتحمّل أيّ مسؤوليّة قانونيّة، أيّاً كانت طبيعتها، إزاءَ استخدام هذه البيانات أو إساءة استخدامها. يتمّ توفير هذه البيانات "كما هي". إنّ الهيئة العامّة للمعلومات المدنيّة تخلي مسؤوليّتها من كافة الإعلانات والضمانات، صريحة كانت أم ضمنيّة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، كافة الإعلانات والضمانات المتعلقة بتماميّة المعلومات ودقتها وصحّتها وقابليّة رواجها وملائمتها لغرض معيّن كما أي وكافة ضمانات الملكيّة ذات الصلة.

يُعمدُ إلى صيانة هذا التطبيق في خلال ساعات العمل العاديّة بدءاً من الثالثة مساءا ولغاية الثامنة مساءا من يوم الخميس حتى يوم السبت. في حال توقفت الخدمة خارج ساعات العمل، يصارُ إلى معالجة العطل في بداية يوم العمل التالي.

يتمّ جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالأملاك المتضمّنة في هذا التطبيق وفي الموقع الإلكترونيّ من مصادرَ عامّة متنوّعة بما في ذلك الوثائق المسجّلة ومعلومات المسح والمصادر الخرائطيّة التاريخيّة. قد يختلف حجم الأملاك وشكلها والمنطقة الواقعة فيها وحدودها والأساس القانونيّ والملكيّة ذات الصلة على نحو لافت عن المعلومات الواردة في هذا التطبيق والموقع الإلكتروني. إنّ وجود رقم القطعة العائد للعقار (أو الرقم الالي الخاص بالهيئة العامّة للمعلومات المدنيّة) لا يدلّ على أنّ قطعة معيّنة قد تمّ إنشاؤها وفصلها قانوناً عن الأملاك المحيطة.

نوصيكم طلبَ مشورة خبير مختصّ، أي محامٍ أو مسّاح أو وسيط عقاريّ أو شركة متخصّصة في مجال الملكيّة العقاريّة، من أجل التحقق من وضع قطعة عقاريّة معيّنة وذلك قبلَ اتخاذ أيّ قرار بالشراء أو البيع أو السماح باستخدام أو استخدام ملكيّة عقاريّة.

تمتنعُ الهيئة العامّة للمعلومات المدنيّة عن تقديم أيّ إعلاناتٍ، صريحة كانت أم ضمنيّة، في ما يتعلّق بدقة المعلومات أو الخرائط أو البيانات المتضمّنة في الموقع الراهن. يتمّ توفير هذه المعلومات لأغراض استدلالية ولم يُعمد إلى إعدادها تحقيقاً لأغراض قانونيّة أو هندسيّة أو مرتبطة بمسح الأراضي. تقدَّم هذه المعلومات من دون أيّ ضمانٍ لصحّتها أو تماميّتها كما تقع مسؤوليّة الاستنتاجات المستقاة من معلوماتٍ مماثلة على عاتق المستخدم. لقد تمّ جمع سجلاّت الهيئة العامّة للمعلومات المدنيّة والرسومات والوثائق الأخرى العائدة لها على مرّ العقود بالاستعانة بمعايير مختلفة في مجال مراقبة الجودة والتوثيق والتدقيق. تمثلُ كافة البيانات المتوفرة معلوماتٍ راهنة في صيغةٍ متوفرة بشكلٍ فوريّ وبسهولة. يستعانُ بهذه الخريطة كمرجع حصراً. وعلى الرغم من الجهود المبذولة في سبيل ضمان دقة المعلومات إلاّ أنّ الأخطاء والظروف الناشئة عن المصادر الماديّة المستخدمة لتطوير قاعدة البيانات قد تظهر على هذه الخريطة.
